All physical orders are dispatched from our fulfilment centre in Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. The artist's nationality does not determine the shipping origin.
Processing time
- In-stock items: 3–5 business days before dispatch.
- Made-to-order or commissioned dolls: production time is confirmed with you before payment and is additional to shipping time.
